Is there anything more peaceful than drifting down a river in complete silence except for the sounds of the birds chirping happily along the shore? A lazy day that doesn’t happen often enough for most of us. I remember the calm I felt when I was floating on the river. The water softly lapping against the canoe and the relaxing feeling of the warm embrace of the sun on my face.
