About the Painting

I love going on a canoe ride down a cool mountain river. It’s always so quiet and peaceful until you get to the rapids that is. The rapids come up around the next bend but in the meantime, I could just relax and coast along with the current. I could look down through the clear water and see the sun light glinting off the rocks and fish below.

This is an original, signed painting. This painting is part of a series, 30 paintings in 30 days that I did for the month of September 2016.
