About the Painting

I live out in the country and there are many old barns around. They are so interesting and all a little bit different showing the marks and styles of the builder and the people who have used them. They have so much more character than the newer barns that are being put up today. I always wonder about all the animals that they have given shelter to and the lives of those who have lived and worked in them over the years.
